Good to know.
Is it really full-service, or just the food?
Truly full-service. We design the menu, cater it, run the bar, staff the floor, source the rentals, and plan and coordinate the day itself. Catering, planning, staffing, and rentals all come from one in-house team, and our chefs are full-time employees, not outside vendors. Hand us the whole event, or just the pieces you need.
I've never planned an event like this. Is that okay?
More than okay. That's exactly what we're for. Most of our clients aren't event experts. You bring the vision (even a vague one), and we guide you through every decision: menu, flow, floor plan, timeline. You don't need to know the lingo or have it all figured out. Your only job is to enjoy the people in the room.
How does pricing work?
Every event is custom, so pricing is built around your guest count, menu, service style, and the experience you want, not a fixed package. Share your vision and a ballpark budget in the inquiry form and we'll tailor a proposal for you. No guesswork, no pressure.
How far in advance should we book?
For weddings and larger events, nine to twelve months out is ideal, though we've created beautiful events on shorter timelines. For smaller gatherings and drop-off catering, a few weeks is often plenty. The earlier you reach out, the more flexibility we have with your date.
Can you accommodate dietary needs and allergies?
Always. Vegan, gluten-free, allergies, and anything in between. Because every menu is custom, we design around your guests' needs without ever compromising on the food.
Do you provide the bar, the staff, and the rentals?
Yes. Licensed bar service, experienced bartenders, uniformed servers, and an on-site captain are all part of what we do, along with linens, glassware, furniture, and more. Producing your own event? We can provide just the staffing or rentals à la carte.
Where do you work, and can you do an unconventional venue?
We serve Scottsdale, Phoenix, and the greater Valley, and unusual spaces are a specialty: private estates, hangars, galleries, showrooms, the great outdoors. If you've fallen for a venue, we'll make it work. We even keep a directory of venues we love to partner with.
What happens after I reach out?
We'll personally be in touch within one business day to learn about your event, then design a custom proposal. From there it's planning, design, and us handling every detail, so you can actually be a guest at your own event.
